Nothing quite compares to seeing a bride find the perfect wedding dress for her wedding. But, what about her groom? I think it’s about time they get some of the spotlight on their attire. I would like to introduce a custom clothier, located right here in Sacramento: Ryan Hammonds with R. Douglas Custom Clothiers. Ryan brings an innovative and distinctive style to his custom creations. Outfitting many of the local lobbyists, his clientele doesn’t stop here though. Why not have a custom piece designed for your beau? He can choose fabric types, liner style and even get a monogrammed personalized saying! We love this, and think you will too. Check out Ryan’s blog and website to find out more information.
Your invitations and save-the-dates should all include your return address. With a minimal fee your envelopes can have your return address printed on the back flap of your invitations, with matching text to compliment the invitations inside. You won’t be stuck writing them out or settling for a less than formal sticker. So, should or shouldn’t you include the return address?
The most important benefit of including your return address on your envelopes is for insurance. What if your invitation doesn’t make it to your guest. You won’t ever know. What if you have not included enough postage on your invitation? Where is the post office going to send your invitations? By placing your return address on the envelopes, in the event that they are not delivered, they will be returned to you, the sender.
Just one of those little details to consider when sending out those invites.
These trendy favors are the perfect size for a custom truffle or decadent treat for your guests. With graphics to match our client’s invitations, their “look” was pulled all the way from their wedding invitation through their reception. The favor was placed atop of the clear chargers on the tabletops, which had a cerise colored napkin showing through. It gave just the right “pop” of color against their table linens.

These cute calendars can help keep memory of any large milestone, whether it be anniversary, birthday, communion or other special event. Jewelry available in necklace and bracelet form come in sterling silver, 14kt gold, rose and yellow gold as well as platinum. Choose a colored gem to place on your day. These are available at: Not Just Any Old Day

I love this line of invitations we carry. The colors are completely changeable, creating a truly custom look. (For example, where you see pink on the first invitation, the color can be changed to blue or orange.) Invitation liners, complimentary envelope color options and switching up the font styles always creates a fun look too!

Save-the-dates have become very popular within the past few years. More commonly seen with weddings taking place over long holiday weekends or near big holidays, it seems that every bride is utilizing these helpful reminders for their guest lists. So, why do we love save-the-dates, and think you should too?
1. It forewarns guests of your wedding date. We have very busy lives these days, and a “heads up” is always a great way of making sure there is space on the calendar for your special event.
2. With so many cute designs ranging from calendar magnets to personalized photos and postcards, it is another way of making a statement when reminding guests of your upcoming nuptials.
3. You can include accommodation information along with your save-the-date so your guests can plan accordingly and reserve a room or car rental far in advance.
4. Some guests will let you know when they receive that save-the-date that they are unable to attend. This will help you with projections of actual counts a bit in advance.

Save-the-dates can be sent out as soon as your venue is booked and your date is secured. The more in advance your guests know about your big day, the better able they will have the day set aside to spend with you!
